Fun little joint. Packed & more peoples jamming in to order these unique burgers. From the outside you wouldn't even know it was there! Great food & vibes...

I have always seen long queues in this place, so always wanted to visit and today I got the chance. It was crowded as expected with long queues. The place looks good and have a feel of a traditional burger place. I ordered the 3 happiness burger along with dragon fries. The burger was nice, soft patty but the bread on the bottom became soggy because of the stuffing I guess. The taste was good. Dragon fries were nice and different than the usual fries. The service was fast though I waited only 5-10 mins after I ordered. Will visit again when it is less crowded to get the feel of the place and take more fotos. P.S. : i guess the place is always crowded so plan it accordingly.

$22.17 was more than enough for me and my friend with some leftover.Delicious food.The chicken was a stand out dish, being at $2.50, very affordable. It is also mostly deboned. You can get it Nashville hot. It's skin is crispy and the flavor has a hint of sweetness. I preferred the Nashville hot as I found it was hot and slightly sweeter? Not sure if it's from the paprika...We tried the special of the day which had cornbread, but we didn't really taste it. It still tasted good, we just expected something a bit more.Iced tea is standard, unsweetened.Dragon fries were good.The duck duck goose fries were good.For the price and what you get, this got a 5 star from me.

Talk about a unique place! I have never been disappointed. I always get something different. I love the fresh ingredients and interesting flavor combinations. So delicious.

Yes!! A great sandwich place with tons of creativity and crisp flavors. This counter service place is the best I’ve had for lunch in the downtown area. The service feels a hair slow, but that’s just because they are so popular, it’s well worth it. The bacon and Brie and the prime rib sandwich are well worth it, I’ll be back!

Pub style restaurant with a variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches, wraps, and fries of different varieties. Come at off hours to get a seat. Order at the bar. The prime rib sandwich was pretty good and their seasoned fries were terrific. There’s a small fry sauce to go with them. There are at least 4 other fry versions with meat or cheese or other condiments in them. My companions were happy with their burgers and a croque. Downtown a block from FNBO in from the corner of 16th. Hard to see the name of the place. Definitely a locals spot.

Food and service are always on point! Hard for me to work my way through the regular menu when the specials are so dang tempting! Love that they locally source and recycle 🌎

This is all the evidence I need to have to know that god is real. It should be a sin good this food is. I will easily go out of my way to make lunch happen here.

I was in Omaha for business and me and a colleague stopped at this place for an early dinner. There was enough seating at 5:45 pm on Thursday evening and we went ahead to the main counter to place our order.Thanks to fellow Yelpers, there were some easy choices to be made. I went with the Pulled Pork Roll ($7.95) and my colleague ordered the Poutine Burrito ($8.95). We also ordered the Fried Chicken Thighs, 1 regular and 1 Nashville hot ($2.50 per piece) and the famous Duck Duck Goose Fries ($6.50). Our order was ready within 20-minutes and it took less than 15-minutes for us to clear out all that delicious food.If I get a chance to visit again, I definitely will do so, to try their burgers and, the duck duck goose fries! Service was excellent and noise level was moderate. Menu was priced perfectly too. This is an excellent spot and a must visit place in Omaha!

This place is amazing, if you get there right at 11 am for open plan to wait in line. I promise it is worth the wait. The vegan block burger with sweet potato fries along with some vegan dragon sauce for dipping is my favorite!

Always busy but the food came quick. I got the three happiness burger expecting it to not come together well, but it was really great. Wife had a poutine burrito that was better than expected with tons of beef inside. Fries could use more salt and the kids options were somewhat limited. The sides of Mac and cheese worked otherwise they would have split a regular sized burger.

Love this place - it was my first time, but I will definitely be back.

X’s everywhere for people to stand but no clear direction on line formation so everyone that walks in thinks everyone else already ordered. Absolutely zero organization for a company trying to stay open. Maybe arrows to direct traffic but certainly NOT an “X” right in front of the damn door.I walked out

This local gem has delicious food no matter what you get. Their burgers and specialty fries have an umami of flavor in every bite. Highly recommend trying Block 16 and support the very kind ppl that own and work there.

Block 16 is hands down the best food in Omaha. Everything is always fresh, there food is always good, and their specials are always that: special. I used to work a block away and would go here at least once a week. The food and service is what kept me coming back. I have never had a bad meal here. The only thing I would warn is it's INCREDIBLY easy to spend a good chunk of money here, but I will gladly do so for the quality of food and service.

Love this place and is arguably one of my favorite restaurants. The service is good but be prepared to wait. Honestly probably one of the hottest spots in Omaha and the wait reflects it. Be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes to stand in line and get your food. There also isn't enough seats for how packed it is.

If you like food and you're in the downtown area YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE. They have some amazing options for food and at a great price. It's a small location so if you're going at a high peak time like lunch it's going to be busy and a little crowded, but it's totally worth the wait for the food that you get. Staff is always super efficient and helpful and kind, you can really tell that they put everything they've got into this business.

I enjoy eating here. Takes about an hour when they're busy from start to finish, not necessarily a 'quick bite' but definitely faster than normal sit down restaurants. Delicious food, abnormal combinations that somehow work. Pic shows the 3 happiness burger which includes cream cheese, crab rangoon, and chili sauce. Their grilled cheese is amazing!

Very busy but worth the wait. We got duck fries and Rangoon fries! Generous amount of Duck every tasty 7$ each. We will be going back to try more of these different delights in downtown Omaha. The people were friendly and the place was clean. There was some weird guy that was drunk there but it was just a funny customer it is downtown after all!

First of all, I love how dedicated the owners are to the community. Second, the food is amazing! Best sweet potato fries I've found in Omaha so far. Unique and delicious burgers and the menu is large enough that there's a good variety but small enough that they do everything well and you don't get decision fatigue. Remember to bring your own reusable straw if you're like me and don't like paper straws :)

My wife whom is a vegetarian suggested we go there because she knows how much i like a good burger. Yes she's awesome!!!! If this wasn't the BEST burger i have ever had I don't know where then. Also try the gangsta fries they are the perfect compliment.

So many options! The Grilled Tempeh Dragon Wrap was amazingly good. Wonderful service! Worth the wait.

Be ready to wait in line if it is a meal time. We were lucky to find a table right away. We sat down and then I got in line and ordered. Everything was delicious! It was hard to choose what to order because everything looked so good.

We got grilled cheese with plain fries, Nash fries, pulled pork sandwich, and fried chicken (one regular and one spicy). I loved my grilled cheese. They use cheddar, Monterey jack, and Gouda on sourdough bread. Hands down the best grilled cheese I've ever had. Perfect cheese to bread ratio and the bread is dense and toasted so it holds up to all the cheese. The fried chicken was standard good, my husband preferred the spicy. He thought the Nash fries were "bombtastic". You could make a meal out of them! The pulled pork sandwich was good.

Best burger & food hands down. Make sure you don’t go if your in a hurry, because this spot is always busy! Even with lots of people they get your food out as quick as possible. Staff is always friendly

Food is amazing my favorite is the crab rangoon fries. The food is a little costly but it is worth every penny. If your looking for a new spot to try this is the place. There's always a line but don't let that scare you it just proves how good the food is.

Amazing food is totally worth it to wait in line, but the waiting can be very long time. I had the Poutine Burrito, a little bit grease for me, I had to squeeze it out, but the flavors and ingredients were very good in the burrito. I liked their Dragon fries, the sauce poured on it was yum.

This place is so worth it. Definitely a burger place to try in Omaha. There’s often a line out the door but it moves fast. Try something unique!

In town for business, and everyone from the office said "You gotta go to Block 16"Stopped in for lunch on my way back to the airport, and I have to say - definitely one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. I got the 3 Happiness Burger, and it definitely delivered on 3/3 Happy.Came at the height of the lunch rush, but the staff were operating like a well-oiled machine - and it was definitely worth the wait.Can't wait to come back to town, if only for another burger. Great vibe! I love the concept and the neighborhood. The food is prepared fresh and the fries are all exciting.

Unique specials and worth the trip. It gets pretty busy for lunch, so go early. Bigger orders seem to take longer, so you may want to break up orders. Have only gone here for lunch.

The Poutine here is delicious. I would suggest anyone looking for a good place to eat checks this place out. Everything else that my friends were eating also looked delicious.

It's definitely in my top three favorite spots downtown. If you go for lunch I'd recommend arriving at 11:45 because I go about 11:30 and don't like to wait in line. Thanks in advance.

Busy during the lunch hour (took approximately 45 minutes to get through line and actually get food) but the food was worth the wait. No Dr. Pepper and only serve some Coke products. I had the puked pork with fries and it was great!

Amazing food! Definitely an adventure eatery. Good prices and you'll leave full. My only complaint is that food takes a little bit to come out. I'm sure it's because they were busy on a Saturday night.

Favorite food in Omaha. Fantastic, creative menu. Good beer selection. Love the fries. Can get very loud, needs more seating.

The atmosphere is chill and the food good. Even at 2 on a Saturday there was a long line to order so it took 15-20 minutes to get our food. The tables in the bigger room are communal.

2 of my friends and I tried this place on impulse. It was delicious! The restaurant was busy but the wait was reasonable for the amount of people that were there. The food sounded unique but proved to be quite tasty. I would definitely recommend trying it out! The one thing I did not appreciate was the super loud music. Besides that I had an overall good experience and definitely want to return!

Amazing food, I loved the Block Deluxe burger. The mac & cheese on my Nash Fries was a little undercooked but the burger was more than enough for me to overlook it. Highly recommended but expect to wait in line due to its popularity.

I've always heard AMAZING reviews but today was finally my first time. I decided to try out the "Red KNIGHT" burger. It was everything I had hoped for and more. Seriously so good. Cannot wait to go back again!
